The Community Action League (TCAL) is a community organization that helps low income communities in the Antelope Valley act to fight for their civil rights. Through individual meetings, door knocking, public meetings, and public policy advocacy, TCAL inspires the AV community into action in order to address the problems affecting low income families.

His entrepreneurial career began at the age of 13 when he started a landscaping business in his neighborhood employing other children at $5 hr. to assist with the work. This was at a time when most adults in the area weren't making that much for their labor.
After moving to California as a young adult, he experienced difficult times. Everything that could go wrong, did. He lost his job, his home, his fiancé, he found himself sleeping in the back seat of a broken down car. Six months later he was on "skid row", jobless and homeless and without hope. Mitchell called on his inner strength to guide him through the madness that engulfed him.
He began to develop a personal power plan that led him away from homelessness and back into the mainstream of life. Designing a life of his own making, he found the keys he needed to create his own success story.
He wrote a book, called Free Yourself: the Fundamentals of Life, based on his own remarkable comeback story. Through his companies, Pharaoh Mitchell shares the key with all who seek to unlock their own destiny, creativity, access to knowledge and increased awareness. He has devoted his life to helping others succeed, realize their full potential and shatter limiting beliefs.
To date, Mr. Mitchell has helped create over 300 new businesses, placed over 400 people with jobs in Los Angeles and given away thousands of computers, shoes, clothing, etc. to those in troubled communities.
